His pivotal role at the Speciality Group led to the successful launch of the Sigree Global Grill, BBQ concept outlets in Powai and Malad, where he served as Chef Incharge. These ventures quickly gained popularity under his direction, known for their distinctive menus and seamless execution.
Today, Chef Hardeep holds the esteemed position of Executive Chef and Co-founder Faculty at Food Craft Studio Training Academy & was at Cho Bee Lab Academy, where he continues to mentor young talent, bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world culinary operations.

Charanjit Kaur Sondhi is a passionate food entrepreneur whose journey is a testament to resilience, innovation, and deep-rooted love for quality baking and hospitality. In 2014, she began her career as a home baker, crafting healthy breads and cakes under her own brand, The Home Bakers. What started as a modest home venture quickly grew into a flourishing business driven by her commitment to quality and customer trust.
Her journey scaled new heights with the establishment of a fully equipped workshop, which eventually expanded to 1200 sq. ft., along with the successful launch of three franchise units located in Ashok Nagar, Thakur Village, and Mahavir Nagar in Kandivali, Mumbai. Even through the challenging post-COVID period, Charanjit continued to manage and operate her central workshop with consistency and dedication.
Following the pandemic, she further broadened her professional experience by working as the Head of Department (HOD) for multiple cafes and restaurants, gaining valuable insights into commercial kitchen operations, team management, and customer engagement.
